This time I'm joining a challenge over at CASE Study. The inspiration is from Torico and what a beautiful card it is....(I'm partial to butterflies though) Why don't you join in on the fun! See you there.
I'm popping in today to join a challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays. The challenge is to create a card inspired by your blog header. I created the card below because it captures my love of butterflies...and flowers too.
So I was browsing through my challenge list and found another challenge over at The Sweet Stop....who knew, right? Every couple months or so I go through my card stash and send cards to family/friends to let them know I'm thinking of them. I recently made this card for my mom to let her know how very mych she means to me. I don't know who/where I'd be without her. SHE is my EVERYTHING!!! Take a look.
It's hump day and boy am I ready for the weekend. The weather is beginning to change and fall is on it's way...whether I like it or not. I hate to see summer leave though, that's my favorite time of year. Well on to why I'm here. I'm entering another challenge (as if you didn't already know). This challenge is over at The Pink Elephant and it fits in perfectly with a card I recently made (yesterday) for a client. The couple chose eggplant/cream as their wedding colors so I created my card with that in mind. Tell me what you think.
Okay, okay...I know what you're thinking! (her again, right?)
Well I promise you, this is my last post for the night. This last challenge is over at Case Study with Iwona and I couldn't pass this up. Torico has provided a very cute inspiration card. This is my attempt at coloring, mind you it's with pencils. I don't own any copics yet, but very soon. I hope you like it.
I haven't had a whole lot of time to spend in my craft room, but I've been checking my blog periodically. So I came across another challenge over at The Color Throwdown and it's palette of colors are those I don't use very often. Pinks and greens!!! I never really liked the color pink, and don't think I own anything PINK. (so girly) LOL The card I'm sharing was for a client and she appeared to be very happy with it. Take a look and tell me what you think.
Hope you're having a great Thursday like me! Today I'm popping in to share my creation for the challenge over at Random Acts of Creativity with Iwona. I love the challenges over there. The competition is usually pretty stiff, but it's fun to join in anyway. My interpretation of the sketch may be a little off, but it's nice to know you have free range when it comes to that. With that being said, the inspiration sketch and my card are below.
